Gutters & Downspouts
Don't overlook the importance of your home's gutter system. Most of the time, it's out of site, out of mind. As long as the gutter isn't leaking, it must be fine. Beware. A leaking, clogged or damaged gutter can lead to many different problems including, but not limited to:
- Siding and trim damage
- Standing water in the yard or driveway
- Mold or mildew issues
- Wood rot
- Peeling, flaking, or missing exterior paint
- Termite, or other household pest infestation
- Seepage into a structure that causes interior damage, flooding, or foundation weakening
By replacing or repairing your building's gutter system, these types of issues can be easily avoided.
